Tech Support/Call Center Representative:
Location: Gig Harbor, WA
Days/Hours: Full-Time/ Part time
Description
We are seeking to hire several Full-Time/ Part time Technical Support/Call Center Representatives who are self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable. Excellent customer service and communication skills are essential for these positions. Candidate will handle inbound calls, provide e-mail, and chat support.
REQUIREMENTS:
· Prior call center experience, basic DotNetNuke, SQL 2000, Server 2003, or HTML knowledge, basic understanding of the Internet, understanding of common Internet applications, and ability to multitask are a must!
· Superior communication and problem-solving skills.
· Excellent telephone and customer relationship skills, strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Candidates must be able to troubleshoot common problems related to Asp.Net web hosting.
· Candidates must have good knowledge of any or all of the following DotNetNuke, Helm, POP3, DNS, FrontPage, FTP, HTML, Windows Server 2003, and SQl server 2000/2005.
· Web design experience and knowledge of development tools such as Dreamweaver is not required but is a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:
Basic computer undertanding to provide quality translations for our clients.
Speak Fluent English and second language
